Zen Op is a technique developed by Art by Nat that integrates the fine lines of zentangles and the movement of optical art. This series of what will be 25 drawings delves into the visual and perceptual aspects of art. Each drawing leaves its own impression in terms of shifting, swelling, twisting, and warping. Once the eye has grown accustomed to these effects, it is pushed even further to focus on the minute details of each pen stroke laid. Some tell a clustered story, while others wisp up and swirl, leading the viewer on a continuous journey of fluidity and whimsy. The entire series is dedicated to Art by Nat's father.
